These fiber-rich Luna E Terra Spelt Whole Wheat Pasta Spirals are made from spelt grown biodynamically in the region. The farming family, who have been cultivating open-pollinated grain varieties for generations, consciously chooses grains with natural resistance to diseases and pests. This means the grain produces fertile seed on its own.

After harvest, some of the grain is set aside for seed for the following season, allowing the farmer to continue working independently. The rest of the grain goes to the Spielberger Mill, where it is traditionally milled into wholesome and vital flour.
