Exchanges and returns

Want to return a product you ordered? No problem. Below, we'd like to inform you about your rights and the procedure you can follow to return the item(s) to us.

Return Policy

  • You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
  • The item is still in its original packaging, to the extent possible.
  • If the product is damaged, you, the customer, are responsible. If you have any questions about return options, please contact customer service .
  • What cannot be returned?
    • You may, of course, evaluate products as you would in a store. However, if, during the cooling-off period, you have gone beyond what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the products, we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value. This means, for example, that in the case of personal care products, it is not necessary to open the packaging or break the seal to evaluate the product. If you do so, we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value (which can amount to up to 100%).

How do I return the items?

We ask that you place the items you wish to return in a box and take them to a PostNL location. Have them sent to the return address below. You will receive a proof of postage. Please keep this in a safe place. We will then handle the rest of the refund and the processing of the items.

Please note: Please include your name, address and order number when returning your item, otherwise we will not be able to process your return package.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We ask you to put the items you wish to return in a box and to add a completed returns form to it. Take the return package to a PostNL location and have it sent to the return address above. You'll receive a proof of postage receipt. Keep this in a safe place.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reflection period

The statutory cooling-off period is at least 14 days. The cooling-off period begins the day after you receive all items in your order. During the cooling-off period, you can cancel the purchase without giving reasons. During this period, you can therefore "cancel" or "revoke" the agreement. Cancelling is not the same as returning. The point is that you clearly inform us within the period that you are canceling the purchase. You can also choose to return the products without prior notice by adding a note to the return package stating your wish to cancel. If you hand in the cancellation notice on the last day of the cooling-off period, you have 14 days to return them. As soon as we receive a cancellation notice, we will confirm this to you by email.

When will I get my money back?

We will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.

We will always use the same means of payment for the refund, unless otherwise agreed (to the extent technically possible).
