Shipping and collection
You've placed your order, what now? First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for your order and your trust in us. We always strive to make the ordering process as smooth as possible. We're continuously working to improve this process by offering faster delivery times and more shipping options. All products ordered from us are in stock, which means fast delivery! If your order is placed on a business day before 4:00 PM, you'll receive it the next day.
The order arrives with us
As soon as we receive your order before 4:00 PM on a business day, we'll start processing it immediately. We use a highly efficient logistics software package, allowing us to have your order ready with just a few clicks, a box, and some paper tape. You'll receive confirmation shortly after placing your order that it's been completed and ready for shipment. You'll receive a Track & Trace code in a separate email, allowing you to track your order.
Package is delivered but you are not at home
You may not be home when your package is delivered. We ship all packages by registered mail and only to the address listed on the package. Therefore, the carrier will try to deliver the package again the next day. If you are not home again, the package will be delivered to the designated carrier's location. You then have two weeks to collect the package before it is returned.
Delay
It's possible that the carrier may experience a delay in delivering your order. You can always check this in the Track & Trace code you receive from the carrier. If you need your order urgently, please contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve this problem with you.
Postage costs
Below you'll find the various shipping costs. At checkout, we only display the available shipping options. These are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

Belgium
Below €50 is €9.95 Between €50 and €100 is €4.95 Above €100 is Free Shipping

When you place an order, it will be shipped with PostNL.
Pick up at one of our childcare locations
This is only possible if your child is cared for at Kideo. If you would like to use this service, please indicate this in your order comments.
Send to another address
During the ordering process, you can choose a different delivery address; this must be entered separately.
Pick up at our warehouse in Leek
Orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Leek. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours, and we will schedule a pickup time. Our warehouse address is: Vossenkamp 7-J, 9351 VR Leek, The Netherlands.
Order status
Once you receive an order confirmation by email, your order will be processed. Once the carrier has picked up your order, you'll receive a Track & Trace code to track your order. You can cancel your order by contacting customer service.
