Sodasan Regenerating Salt for Dishwasher

Sodasan Dishwasher Salt is composed of 100% pure sea salt, typically used as table salt in the food industry (salt mills). It contains no additives such as anti-caking agents or dyes, ensuring an exceptionally long lifespan for the ion exchanger. The Dishwasher Salt helps maintain the functionality of the water softener (ion exchanger) in a dishwasher. The ion exchanger can absorb the calcium and magnesium ions responsible for water hardness and release sodium ions in their place. If the ion exchanger loses its ability to absorb these ions, it must be regenerated, meaning salt must be added to supply new sodium ions.
To protect the environment, only use your dishwasher when it's full. Choose lower-temperature wash programs and follow the dosage instructions.
Dosage
Add dishwasher salt to your dishwasher's compartment. Make sure your dishwasher is set to the water hardness in your area.
Tip: If limescale remains on your dishes despite adding dishwasher salt, set the water hardness in your dishwasher to the next highest setting.
