The animals of Park View love their lovely apartment building: it's cozy, calm, and tidy. Nobody causes any trouble here... But when Honky Tonk sings way too loudly, Clever Rick goes berserk with his drill, and Suikerboons' freshly baked treats are ruined, all hell breaks loose.
